The Poets’ Corner

This poetry archive comes from programs originally recorded between 2009 and 2011.   They were all broadcast on The Poets’ Corner for clients of Taping For The Blind, a radio reading service for the visually and print impaired.

These 30 minute readings feature poets who have a significant presence in Houston’s vibrant literary arts scene.  Some are well known, others less so, but all craft choice words, delivered as an oral art form and documented as an aural prompt for poets and poetry lovers.  All readings can be easily downloaded as a free podcast.
