If sounding out syllables or structuring sentences, teasing threads of language or tracing nuanced meanings matter and make your day; and if rummaging through the imagination, exposing unexpurgated emotions, probing narrative landscapes or risking risky frisky writing gets you going, then you won’t want to miss the last in Public Poetry’s Summer Series at McGovern-Stella Link Neighborhood Library at 2 PM. With a full to overflowing audience, our energizing events propel poetry, alive and thriving, into the world. Leading up to the readings, The Front Row, heard on 88.7 FM and 91.7 FM, puts Public Poetry on the radio (and on our web site here.) Erica Lehrer and Karyna McGlynn are the two poets who will be interviewed.
